(A note from Martin Storey) - Ever since my first book (Nordic Knits) I have been itching to do another one, and here it is! This time I have changed the emphasis. The first book featured mostly colourwork designs with a few cable and textured patterns: this one is the opposite, mostly cables with a few Fairisle designs. The projects offer a range of garments and accessories for men and women, as well as some nice things for the home including a big cable bed runner that doubles as a wrap. I hope you enjoy choosing and knitting the designs in the book as much as I did creating them.

Our staff have had many years experience of working with Rowan yarns. Rowan designs never date but sometimes the colours and qualities that were once the original designs, have to be substituted; we can advise on the nearest shades.
